Five of the witnesses stood in front of His Excellency the juror, and each of them swore to tell the truth and not say anything else after giving all the information such as name, age and place of residence. He thinks about how he will create a dispute between him and the dead man. I went to their place and left the place so that no harm would happen to me, and I did not see anything after that, because I stayed in my tent after that until the killing took place.

The second witness came and confirmed to the juror that the murderer had risen from his place and his direction to the place of the dead man adjacent to the spring of water, while the dogs barked loudly to cover up the beginning of the dialogue between the killer and the dead man until their voices became louder than the sound of barking, so the features of the words became clear, and the killer said: This is my favorite place that I have been sitting on for twenty years in Exactly every fifth for countless days... so why are you sitting on it? We came, my sworn sir, by a good mediation, and we tried to reconcile the murderer with the murdered, but the murderer insisted on his position, and we were able to persuade the murderer to return to the new place, so he returned, but his blood was still boiling in his veins, so he went down and drank from the spring of water and returned to his place, and I left, sir, back to my tent.

The third witness said: Hours passed after what happened, and each of them looked at the sun setting over the waters of the eye, which were colored red by the rays, then they left the place at the same time. The dead man marched forward, behind him the murderer, and I was behind them, and neither of them could see me, so that reassurance would seep into their hearts whenever the light of a star from the sky illuminated their faces, and nothing disturbed the peace, so I ran back so that no one would take my place in the eye.

Confusion and stuttering appeared in the statements of the fifth witness, who confirmed that the killer’s hand with his poisoned dagger was raised and sent into the chest of the dead man to fall, and the killer fled with his act.

The judge raised four fingers from his right hand and said to the witness: How many fingers do you see? The witness could not count.

  It was the turn of the defense witnesses to confirm all of them that the killer was with them at the time of the crime and many other witnesses saw the accused at the same time away from the crime scene and confirmed that this was a plot by the opponents of the killer and the dead man. And they did what they did.. His Excellency the juror acquitted the accused based on the many statements of the defense witnesses
