Lamb Mountain Falls
Na’ayem, the son of Shaqlit, the master of Jabal al-Sheep, is about to finish paving the twenty-fifth terrace of the mountain’s terraces, so that the torrents of the Lesser Desert pour down from above it throughout the months of extremely hot summer, after Na’ayim’s men fertilize the females of the clouds to increase their water, rare waterfalls that become a pilgrimage site for the people of the three deserts.
The terraces of Jabal al-Sheep are covered with grass, making it a fertile pasture for the sheep of the master of the mountain, Naaim, son of Shaqlit, the bandit of the Lesser Desert, who was killed by a poisoned arrow, and his son Naaim fled to the far south of the Lesser Desert, where none of its inhabitants knew him.
Na’im extracted the son of Shaqlit, a ewe and one born from among her children, so that her milk would be his provision until he manages his affairs.
Naa'im attracts all the bandits south of the Lesser Desert, and begins to prepare the first terrace of the night mountain terraces. The torrent leaves its traces on the face of the masta, luring the fertile ewe to stay among the grass.
Naayem Ould Shaqlit knocks on the door of his seventy years of age, married for the twentieth time, having fifty males and twenty-five females.
Na’ayem Ould Shaflit celebrates among his sons and entourage at the top of the Sheep Mountain as the water recedes from the sky, and distributes grants and gifts to the sons and entourage of workers in his fiefdoms that extend around the areas of the wells surrounding the Sheep Mountain, after Na’ayem became the main source of grain and mutton for all parts of the three Sajrawat.
Naayem Ould Shaqlit knocks on the door of the seventh decade, rejoicing in the achievements he has made, starting with a stolen goat, and the twenty-five terraces have become waterfalls visited by tourists from everywhere.
